Our story

What if we could reset our bodies by changing what we eat, drink and how we support our bodies through supplements and other natural remedies? 

We started seeing small but significant changes. For Louw, it meant weaning completely off chronic medication for rheumatoid arthritis, which he'd been on for almost 15 years. 

Why Reset Generation

Becoming parents shifted our thinking even more: Suddenly, health wasn’t just about us. It was about the trajectory of our children’s lives too. What we normalise today becomes their foundation tomorrow.

We realised generational wellness isn’t automatic. It’s actually very intentional and often difficult in a world that tends to question you when you do things differently.

We started Reset Generation to help people uproot old patterns and build new foundations. Not quick fixes. Not perfection. Just intentional change.

GenR isn’t an age group. It’s a decision. You don’t have to be a certain age to make a change or event start again. You just have to start somewhere.
