Our Story
Hi, we're Louw and Ilse—a Cape Town family passionate about natural health and generational wellness.
A few years ago, we made a choice that changed everything. Tired of constant pain and inflammation and being dependent on chronic medication, we started questioning the "normal" way of doing health and exploring alternatives.
We changed the water we drink, the food we eat, and embraced natural supplements and essential oils, realising that in today's day and age our food unfortunately don't provide us with all the necessary nutrients. The result? We weaned ourselves off medication and started discovering what true wellness feels like.
Why we started Reset Generation
We created Reset Generation to encourage and guide people towards generational health—uprooting the old and cultivating the new.
Becoming parents opened our eyes in a whole new way - we now have the responsibility of ensuring optimal health for our children, and setting them on a healthy trajectory for life so that they can grow and prosper.
